The international fair is the main event for the healthcare sector, where all the solutions for today’s medical problems will be on display. Once again, the national and international healthcare industry will be present at Expo Salud 2023, an ideal place for commercial exchange, the introduction of new technologies and for the dissemination and discussion of the advances and challenges that are currently facing medicine at a global level. This new version will be held between September 12 and 14 at the Metropolitan Santiago convention center, located at Av. San Josemaría Escrivá de Balaguer 5600, Vitacura, Metropolitan Region. Rodrigo Valenzuela, Manager of Expo Salud, comments that “this exhibition will present the latest in technologies and solutions for the development of the sector. Expo Salud 2023 will extend over 2,000 square meters, with more than 100 national and foreign exhibitors. It expects to receive more than 4,500 visitors, including professionals and executives of the sector, who will find a commercial and strategic space for the academic, private and public world. The EISACH congress – International Health Meeting in Chile – will be held in parallel to the exhibition. Valenzuela adds that “It will be the place where Chilean and international experts will discuss and address the latest trends in health issues, as well as the new challenges in the field in Chile and the world”. The EISACH exhibition and congress this year will be contained in 5 different pillars: Medical Technologies and Innovations: Clinical equipment, ambulances and rescue units and patient transfers, nursing and monitoring, rescue equipment, home health care and transitional care, imaging, emergency medicine, laboratories, diagnosis and clinical analysis, ambulatory care centers and critical units, diagnostic technologies, cancer treatment and prevention, biosecurity, among others. Digital Health: Telemedicine and health information technologies, AI artificial intelligence and massive data analysis, interoperability, virtual reality, augmented reality, APPS, precision or personalized medicine, robotics, RIS-PACS systems, work platforms, among others. Infrastructure and architecture: kitchen, laundry, hotel, energy, air conditioning, furniture, decoration, parking, catering, vending machines, faucets, flooring, paints, lighting, modular hospitals, architecture and construction companies, special materials, among others. Orthopedics and rehabilitation: Aesthetic medicine and its equipment, sports medicine, bandages, post-surgical girdles, muscle recovery equipment, implants, osteosynthesis elements, traumatology, insoles, immobilizers, slings, massage guns, fixations, among others. Laboratory and pharmacy: laboratory supplies and equipment in general, accessories for the process chain, diagnosis and clinical analysis, treatment of diseases, hospital pharmacy, innovations for the pharmaceutical and esthetic industry, among others.
