Expo Salud 2024 will take place on 9, 10 and 11 September at the Metropolitan Santiago convention centre. As usual, an international congress will be held in parallel, which this year is called Latam Health Summit, continuing the trajectory of more than a decade of the renowned EISACH congress.
This version will present a series of themes divided by days. Monday 9 will focus on ‘Digital Transformation’, Tuesday 10 on ‘Personalised Medicine and New Technologies’, and Wednesday 11 on the concept of ‘Management’.
‘We plan to be a space for conversation, discussion and learning for the industry, where the latest in medical technology, hospital clinical equipment and solutions for the health sector will also be presented,’ said Paula Miranda, project manager of Expo Salud, about the programme developed for this year.
The first day of the Congress, dedicated to ‘Digital Transformation’, will begin with the panel ‘Is the health system ready to interoperate’, while in the afternoon the day will continue with four panels: ‘The impact of Big Data in the Medicine of the Future’, ‘Current Challenges of Artificial Intelligence: how to bring it to clinical practice’, ‘Augmented Reality: The future is now’ and ‘Robotics and New Paradigms in Health’.
Tuesday 10th will be dedicated to ‘Personalised Medicine and New Technologies’, with six thematic blocks. In the morning, the panels ‘The evolution of precision medicine’ and ‘Mental health, public policies and translational research’ will be presented. In the afternoon, ‘Personalised Food: Health and Prevention’, ‘Vaccines: Disease Control.
