Expo Salud is the main healthcare event in Chile, which offers a business meeting point that seeks to meet the challenges with solutions for the sector. In addition, the EISACH Congress (International Health Meeting in Chile) will be held in parallel, which will address, by Chilean and international experts, the latest trends in health issues. The exhibition will be held at the Metropolitan Santiago convention and events center from September 12 to 14.

For this 2023 version, the fair has 5 strategic areas, Innovation and medical technologies; digital health; Infrastructure and architecture in health; orthopedics and rehabilitation; laboratory and pharmacy. These pillars were chosen to give the space to exhibit their brand as an exhibitor to any company or institution that is in the health ecosystem.

With respect to the EISACH Congress, the aim is to replicate what was done in the previous version, which had close to 840 participating companies, 11 discussion panels and 30 Chilean and foreign expert speakers from government, hospitals, clinics and technology companies from more than 8 countries, who in three days addressed various topics relevant to the health sector.

The first meeting of the committee, held last Thursday, March 30, touched on different topics of interest to the sector, new ideas were put forward and discussions were held on what will be discussed at the congress in accordance with the current contents of interest.

The event was attended by different professionals from the sector such as: Verónica Ortuzar, head of Projects at CIF; Gabriela Garnham, General Manager of ADIMECH; Gonzalo Tobar, Executive Director of Lupus Chile; Jean-Jacques Duhart Saurel, Executive Vice-President of Pro-Health Chile; Alejandra García, Deputy Director of Innovation at CENS; Paolo Garcés, Executive Sub-Director of Development at CORFO. They hope to continue meeting during the following weeks to be able to continue supporting and developing this important fair.

Rodrigo Valenzuela, manager of Expo Salud, highlights the formation of this committee and adds that “Expo Salud is a space that presents the latest trends and technological solutions in the industry, so this committee will serve as a guide for this new version of Expo Salud 2023”.
